These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 9ph10 ("9ph10," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 9ph10 website located at 9ph10.org and all related services, games, features, and content made available through the platform.

By accessing the 9ph10 website, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9ph10 platform.

9ph10 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any published revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the 9ph10 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 9ph10 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in gambling activities;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

9ph10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

To access the full 9ph10 platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 9ph10 at any time. The existence of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different names, or via different devices — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits therein.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details required during the registration process.
• KYC verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 9ph10 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, or voter's ID) and a contemporaneous selfie for identity matching purposes.
• Account accuracy maintenance. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may affect your ability to access the platform or process financial transactions.

9ph10 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9ph10 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person;
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your 9ph10 account, regardless of their relationship to you;
• You must select a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and are strongly encouraged to do so;
• You must notify 9ph10 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

9ph10 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any transactions completed through your account credentials — whether by you or an unauthorized third party — are deemed to have been made by you and are binding upon you unless you have notified 9ph10 of a suspected compromise prior to such transactions occurring.

5.1 Deposits. 9ph10 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. All deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account (completed KYC). 9ph10 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name different from the registered account holder.

5.3 Processing times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 9ph10 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Anti-money laundering. 9ph10 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Where transactions trigger AML review thresholds or appear inconsistent with normal player activity, 9ph10 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing transactions. 9ph10 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine financial authorities.

9ph10 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Contribution rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting typically contribute at lower rates than slots. Specific contribution rates are published in the Promotions section.
• Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. No extension will be granted except at 9ph10's sole discretion.
• Abuse. 9ph10 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns intended to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Right to withdraw. 9ph10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All gaming activity on the 9ph10 platform is subject to the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules available within each game interface:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 9ph10's server logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state and outcome;
• Bets placed in error (e.g., wrong amount, wrong selection) are not eligible for reversal after confirmation;
• 9ph10 reserves the right to void any bet placed in obvious error, including instances where quoted odds, game parameters, or technical errors resulted in manifestly incorrect pricing;
• For live dealer games, the dealer's decision and the platform's recorded stream output are the authoritative sources for game outcomes in the event of any dispute;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player VIP tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9ph10 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains must be reported immediately and will be reversed;
• Using the 9ph10 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward 9ph10 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent or override any responsible gaming limit, self-exclusion order, or account restriction applied to your account.

9ph10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss limits — cap net losses over a defined period;
• Session time limits — receive automatic notifications after a set period of play;
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up reminders of time spent and net results;
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — permanent account closure upon request, with no reversal period.

Protective limits that reduce access (e.g., lowering a deposit limit, activating a cool-off) take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits or remove protections are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

All content on the 9ph10 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software code, and brand materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 9ph10 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9ph10 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 9ph10 content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code;
• Use any 9ph10 trademarks, service marks, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Scrape, frame, or aggregate any 9ph10 content on external websites or applications.

Any unauthorised use of 9ph10 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be subject to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9ph10 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits alleged to result from technical errors, disconnections, or system unavailability;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from reliance on incorrect or outdated odds, game information, or promotional terms due to technical delays;
• Consequential losses arising from platform downtime for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 9ph10's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The 9ph10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 9ph10 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

9ph10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• You have registered more than one account;
• Your account activity triggers regulatory or AML review obligations;
• You have engaged in abusive conduct toward 9ph10 staff;
• A relevant regulatory authority directs us to close your account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with that account — including bonus credits and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of required checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 9ph10 support. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests.

9ph10 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the 9ph10 platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to first contact 9ph10 support to seek informal resolution. 9ph10 endeavours to resolve all genuine player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For gaming-specific disputes relating to regulatory compliance, you may also escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its established player complaints channels.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
